Earlene, also known by many nick-names given by her followers (“Bry”, “Ms. B”, Bryson, EB) is a renowned Keynote, Motivational, and Inspirational Speaker.  She has captivated audiences all over the United States with inspiring messages of empowerment and the abundant life in Christ Jesus.  Being a speaker for over thirty years, has allowed Earlene to change the lives of thousands of women through a message centered on love, cultivated in surrenderance & humility, driven by forgiveness, steeped in courage,  and built on the foundation of POWER in Christ Jesus.  “

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of POWER, and of love, and of a sound mind.”  II Timothy 1:7

Earlene is a native of Chicago, Illinois.  At the age of five, her father relocated his family to his birthplace of Louisiana where Earlene and her siblings would grow up and learn about God through the teachings of her father, the late Earl, Sr. and her grandmother.  Named after her father, she has fashioned herself after his commitment to God, his family devotion, and his work ethics.

Facing many personal struggles throughout her childhood, Earlene was determined to overcome them all and fulfill her vision to be a teacher of the Word and an executive in corporate America.  Through the disbelief and negative influence of many relatives, Earlene is proudly the most achieved of all her siblings because she believed in the promises of God, His purpose for her life, and the encouragement of her father.

While fulfilling her speaking engagements at National Lectureships, ladies’ seminars, and conferences, Earlene also worked at Phoenix Houses of California.  She retired from her position of Vice President, Director of Administrative Services in 2015, after serving the organization for sixteen years.  Her retirement has allowed her to serve fulltime in the ministry of empowering women to fulfill the purpose to which God has called them and to challenge and teach women to achieve their dreams, visions, and hopes while overcoming the adversities associated with each.  Earlene currently serves as the Director of Administration for the Reseda Church of Christ.

Earlene has written and produced three dramatic plays: “I Shall Not Be Moved”, “He Keeps on Blessing Me”, and “Faithless or Faithful-A Reenactment of Matthew 14: 28-29.  She is currently writing a devotional book “The Walk”, scheduled to be released in 2021.

In 2015 the Executive Committee of the International Women’s Leadership Association honored Earlene with the Outstanding Leadership award for her contributions to family, career and community services. In 2017, The Marquis Who’s Who Publication Board honored Earlene by including her in the 2017-2018 publication of Who’s Who in America for demonstrating outstanding achievement in her profession and her innumerable contributions to society.  In 2018, Earlene was honored with the Outstanding Servant and Leadership award by Los Angeles Bible College for her leadership, service and professional contributions to the churches and community of the greater Los Angeles areas.

Earlene and her husband, Everett, along with their son and his family reside in Southern California.
